MileSplit's online meet entry system is ready to roll!

MileSplit would like to announce the creation of an Online Meet Entry system that will work from our database. Because many of the MileSplit webmasters are coaches themselves and will also be using the system, we had input on what we thought the perfect entry system would consist of. It is powerful, easy to use, functional (works in HyTek and RaceTab), and unlike some other online systems, it works, and is the most cost effective system out there!
General...
- Easy to use interface that is completely self-explanatory
- Integrates with MileSplit meets, teams, athlete, and performance database
- Add custom questions to your meet entry form
- Download entries, contact, and payment info to Excel/CSV
- Send mass email to everyone signed up for your meet
- Leave the meet open for all, or set a "secret word" so that only people you invite (who you share the word with) can enter
- You or an appointed team administrator can edit the meet's information
- Allow your timekeeper to login to update or edit meet information
- Set max number of entries per team in a given event
- Stats and reports about teams and inviduals that are entered

- Gives you a clear and concise picture of who is entered, who hasn't paid, and how much they owe
Seeding...
- Various options for seeding based on your preferences
- If you choose, use the MileSplit database to automatically populate the seed time. You can allow coaches to override this seed time or lock them in to ensure accuracy of seeds.
