Honorable Mentions
There are various other teams from around the State who could round out the top-ten in the D3 Boys' race. The key to making it that high is obviously to get as many guys under the 18-minute barrier as possible. Saguaro return three guys who ran sub-5 and Walden Grove return 4 guys who averaged 4:56 for 1600m.
There's also Rio Rico who return five of their guys from last year's varsity squad that finished 8th at the State Championships. We look forward to seeing how their returning superfrosh Roshan Tinoco-Miranda (So.) and their veteran Senior Brandon Moreno shoulder the team this season.
