Chaparral Girls won the 4x800 meter Final on Saturday at the Sun Angel Classic by almost 12 seconds. Their performance ranks 7th currently in the State of Arizona.

Shadow Ridge's Kyle Kerr ran 1:56, just edging out the win in the 800 meter Final of the Sun Angel Classic on Saturday night. His time now rests at a #3 spot among Arizona 800 meter runners.
Meghan Barney flew under the meet record for the Girls 1600 meters at the Sun Angel Classic by over a second in a time of 5:04.91! She's now ranked #7 in the State and sits at the top of the leaderboard for small school girls 1600.
Alena Ellsworth of Highland returned to the Sun Angel Classic as the top qualifier in the 400 meter Final and came away with another lifetime best, this time of 54.68! Her time now ranks her among the top-20 in the Nation for Girls 400.
Jae'Nisa Heckstall of Raymond S. Kellis returned to the Sun Angel Classic Finals on Saturday afternoon, to grind out some big PRs for both the 100 meters and the 100 Hurdles. She's now the 3rd girl to break 12 sec. this season with 11.95 for 100 and the State leader for the 100 Hurdles with 14.10.
