Finally, Senior Jacob Secody could step up as a 5th man for the Sand Devils this season. Coach Lane Says...
Who are your top returners?
My top returners are Dorian Daw, Cullen Nockideneh, Bowen Martin and Morgan Fowler.
Do you have any impact freshman or incoming transfers?
Right now the only freshman that I am aware of is Rex Martin. We will see if he is able to make an impact. I'm not aware of any transfers at this point.
What meets are you keying in on this year?
State is our main focus. We us the others to prepare for State. We want to improve week to week.
How has your preseason training been going?
Our summer base training has been going well. A few of the boys live outside of Page so I haven't seen them all summer, but I have been giving them weekly mileages to hit.
Have you set any goals as a team?
The team goal is to continue to be one of the top boys programs in the entire state. I'll have them make a specific goal once practice begins. Of course defending the State Title is a high priority to the boys.
