Workout Wednesday: Rio Rico Race Prep Along 'R.I.B.S.'
We caught up with the Rio Rico Hawks for a pre-Rattler workout along their home cross-country course on campus known as the R.I.B.S. (Run-Invigorate-Breathe-Sweat) trail.
Samantha Schadler (Jr.) clinched a major mid-season victory at the Desert Twilight Festival and is the favorite to win the Division 3 individual title at the State Meet, this Saturday.
