Boys 4x400m Section 3 - Patriots Hold Off The Hawks For AZ Nos. 6 & 7
With two laps to go Independence High made the charge to usurp La Joya for the lead while Highland found themselves in fifth place until the final stretch of the third lap. In the end, Independence clinched the victory as the 6th fastest team in the State. Meanwhile, Leo Daschbach (Jr.) anchored a 50-second split for an all-distance Highland 4x400m Relay team to place second.
