9. Grace Tipton (North Phoenix Prep, Jr.)
Though Grace Tipton has only run three races this season, she's been staying in shape with mountain biking. Last week, she handily won the D4 Section 1 Girls race at Rose Mofford Park. Last year, Tipton finished 4th in the D2 Girls' race and this year as an NPP Gladiator, Tipton's won two and even finished runner-up in her race at the Mt. SAC Invitational.
