How is your summer training going?   Your favorite workout?  What kind of summer mileage do you run?

Traveling a lot during the summer, so I didn’t put in a whole lot of miles while on the road.  Training for the USATF Nationals in the Steeplechase and trained when I could.  Favorite workout to maintain fitness would be a good 4 mile tempo run.

How long have you been running and how did you get started:

Since Kindergarten because our Mom runs marathons and coaches us as well.  (Brianna, Wesley and I are triplets)

Will you be competing out of State this season?  If so, when and where?

I hope to compete in the Footlocker Race in California.

What are your favorite courses and the toughest courses to run in State and out of State.

Favorite course is Twilight because it is a fast course and toughest would be our own course, Bud Davis Meet.  During Jr. High School, Red Lake Meet was a tough course because it had a hill similar to TC Hill.

Alcatraz Hill---team came up with the name for a very tough hill.
