Admission
Adults-$5, Students- $4, AIA passes welcomed, Children under 13 are free
Entries
All entries will be submitted online through Athletic.net. Please ensure that you have entered all of your athletes correctly as we will not be allowing any changes the day of the meet. You must have all of your entries submitted to Athletic.net by 12pm noon on Thursday, March 1.
Each school will be allowed to enter four competitors in each individual event and two relay teams. Only one of the relay teams will be included in the scoring.
There will be no additions on meet day. We will allow scratch/replace.
Timing
Timing by Wingfoot Finish
Track Events
All Events will be timed finals.
The check-in area will be at the start of each event. Please know your lane assignments.
The 1600m Relay will be run using a 3 turn stagger.
Field Events
All field events will be finals with heats.
Long Jump and Triple Jump each athlete will get 4 jumps. Time for run-throughs will be allowed before each heat.
High Jump: Starting height for girls 38 and boys 410.
Pole Vault: Starting height for girls 60 and boys 90.
Shot and Discus: Athletes will be put into flights of 6. Each athlete will get 4 throws. Each athlete will get their throw marked with a flag. At the completion of the flight the flags will be measured.
Entry Fee
$350 for boys and girls teams. $200 for only one gender. Make checks payable to Epic Tournaments.

Scoring and Awards
We will be scoring only relay events. The field event relays will be scored by taking the top throw/jump from each of the three athletes in the event and adding them together to get a relay total. The top eight places will be scored as 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Boys and Girls will be scored separately.
Medals will be awarded to the top three athletes and relay teams
Team trophies will be given to the top two Girls and Boys teams.
