Please have your athletes enter the actual stadium by the South or middle entrance since the Shot Put will be contested by the North entrance. This will also keep the finish line area clear; remind your athletes that the camera on the finish line is an auto capture so do not be near that area except when finishing/starting a race.

Reminder to have your roster uploaded and GCC Gaucho on your schedule on MaxPreps; if this is not done your team results will not upload

Implement Weigh-in location: Storage room located at the North end of the stadium. Beginning 1t 10:30 concluding at 11:00am.

Warm up: Please use the South Field for all warm ups.

Locker Facilities: No dressing facilities are available.

Starting Heights: Will be determined after the entry deadline in order to permit the best possible competition.

Uniforms: In compliance with the NFHS rules.

Number of jumps/throws: All competitors in the Long Jump and Triple Jump will receive 4 attempts. Throwers will receive 3 attempts no finals

Awards: will be placed in a packet for pick up at the conclusion of the meet.

Results: will be posted on the East Side of the stadium and uploaded to and Max Preps.
