Admission
Adults-$5, Students- $4, AIA passes welcomed, Children under 13 are free
Entries
All entries will be submitted online through Athletic.net. Please ensure that you have entered all of your athletes correctly as we will not be allowing any changes the day of the meet. You must have all of your entries submitted to Athletic.net by 12pm on Thursday March 1.
Each school will be allowed to enter three competitors in each event and one relay.
There will be no changes the day of the meet.
Timing
Timing by Wingfoot Timing
Track Events
Lanes will be assigned for the preliminary races in the 100, 200, 400 and hurdle races.
All Events will be finals with faster heats last.
The check in area will be at the start of each event. Please know your lane assignments.
The 1600m Relay will be run using a 3 turn stagger.
Field Events
All field events will be finals with heats.
Long Jump and Triple Jump each athlete will get 4 preliminary jumps. Time for run throughs will be allowed before each heat
High Jump: Starting height for girls 40 and boys 410.
Pole Vault: Starting height for girls 60 and boys 90.
Shot and Discus: Athletes will be put into flights of 10. Each athlete will get 4 throws. The athletes will get three throws and each throw will be marked. After the completion of the flight markers will be measured. This will speed up the process over last year.
Entry Fee
$350 for boys and girls teams. Make checks payable to Epic Tournaments.

Scoring and Awards
The top eight places will be scored as 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Medals will be awarded to the top three athletes and relay teams
Team trophies will be given to the top two Girls and Boys teams.
