Course The course map is available below. Some updates will be made, but the course will be roughly the same.

Safe return to racing Please review the safe return to racing policy of VLHS and 4Peaks here

Bibs Please keep athletes away from the finish area once they have their bibs. Getting too close may interfere with the timing system

Starting Line Teams will be assigned chute numbers. Each team may place 2 runners on the line. Additional runners will line up behind their two runners on the line.

Scoring Traditional 5 athlete scoring will be used to determine the team scores in the Varsity and Open races

Results will be uploaded on MileSplit as soon as they are verified. There will also be QR codes posted with links to the 4Peaks website for live results.

Awards The top 10 finishers in the varsity races will receive a T-shirt at the awards ceremony. The top team in each race (varsity and open) will receive a trophy/plaque.

Team Camps Teams may set up camps anywhere along the south edge of the east soccer field, or along the west edge of the southwest soccer field. Please avoid setting up in the center of the soccer fields. That area is reserved for warming up and for spectators. The team camp area is marked on the map. Please do your best to spread team camps out.

It is crucial that all athletes, coaches, and spectators be aware when going to/from team camps not to linger on the course or interfere with races.

BathroomsThere are public bathrooms located at the park for athlete and spectator use. They are limited facilities, so please have athletes plan accordingly. We must also share the facilities with other groups using the park that afternoon.

Spectators This course is spectator friendly. Our number one concern is athlete safety and fairness on the course. Please be aware of runners on the course and quickly cross course lines. There are bleachers scattered throughout the course. Those are open for spectators.

Finish Area Athletes will be moved through the finish chute and finish area as quickly as possible. Spectators are not to enter the finish chute or finish area to greet their athletes after the race. Spectators may greet and celebrate with their athletes outside of the finish area or back at their team camps.

First Aid There will be an athletic trainer on site for emergency need only.

Water Water will be available for athletes at 1 station which they will pass on the first loop of the course. It is located near the finish area the first time athletes complete the loop.

Parking There should be plenty of parking in the main lot of the park. Enter the parking lot from 25th avenue.
