Tyson Jones Blasts 70-6' For New US No. 1

Though he was sick last week and even missed a few days of school, Tyson Jones (Desert Edge, Sr.) bounced back this week beginning with a new meet record of 67' at the Sun Angel Classic. Just two days later, he took to the ring at Westside and launched the cannonball 70-6, adding 2 ½ inches to his State Record. Jones also won the discus contest with a mark of 175-10.
