Q: What does your training look like right now given the current situation?
A: right, when everything shut down I just, continued to train, but two weeks ago I got injured so now I'm just working on getting healthy for summer xc training.
Q: What are you doing to stay busy other than run right now?
A: I've been going fishing a-lot
2019 AIA Division IV XC State Meet - Konrad took 5th
Q: What was your most memorable race/moment?
A: My most memorable race moment was the 1600m race at Sun Angel last year running 4:25 and getting to see all the college athletes compete was very special.
Q: What was the funniest thing that happened during your running career?
A: Probably 8th grade where two of my teammates pantsed each other in front of our coach.

Q: Who would you consider your biggest competition over your four years?
Q: What was your greatest accomplishment?
A: Getting 5th at state xc this last year probably was because all the previous years at state I did pretty terrible.
2019 AIA Outdoor Div IV State Championship - 4x800 - Anthem Prep wins - Konrad was the anchor leg.
Q: If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?
A: I don't think I would change anything, even the bad stuff looking back was good for my development.
Q: What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
A: Injury and sickness defiantly, it seemed like whenever I most fit I would get sick or injured.

A: getting dinner with my team after an 8-hour track meet.
