Division IV South Section Individual Top Returners: Girls

Morenci junior Valeria Zegarra in the Division IV girls race at the 2021 AIA State Cross Country Championships at Cave Creek Golf Course in Phoenix. Zegarra finished in 33rd place as a sophomore at last year's state meet for cross country. She comes into the 2022 cross country season as the top returning individual in the Division IV South section with her 5,000-meter time of 21:00.30.
