Division IV North Section Top Individual Returners: Boys

Hopi senior Shereef McKinney in the Division IV boys race at the 2021 AIA State Cross Country Championships at Cave Creek Golf Course in Phoenix. McKinney ran 17:35.30 to finish in 13th place at last year's state meet for cross country. He enters the 2022 season with a bit of mystery surrounding him as McKinney didn't race on the track during the spring at all. McKinney is the top returning athlete in the Division IV North section.
