400 Meter All Weather Track with All Weather Runways. Blocks Provided. (1/4" Spikes)
Timed Final: Last Years best time or a time trial is better than no time at all. No Prelims will be run - All Timed Finals - Fastest heat will run last.
Participation: No athlete may compete in more than 4 events.
Scoring: Top eight places score (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1).
Rules: The National Federation of State High School Association Rule book will be used.
Deadline: All entries must be entered on Athletic.net and are due by 11:00 pm on Monday, April 12th
