Bus Dropoff is at the Visitor Gate. All teams should be in the stadium before 3pm to avoid school dismissal traffic. Spectator parking is available in the West Lot once school gets out at 3:25pm.
Please see boys coach Shawn Copeland if you have any questions or concerns. If there are any problems with the meet officials, please instruct your athletes to report these problems to you. In turn, please report any problems to Copeland. Please do not go directly to the event official. Please cite the NFHS rule book regarding any rule in question. If any issues come up that the meet referee should abstain from, Tim Butler will makethe ruling.
All NFHS Rules will be followed. All AFHSUD Covid measures will be followed. Coaches, parents, and competitors who are not competing are to stay off the infield. This will be strictly enforced at the gates to the track.All coaches and parents are to be outside the flags. Coaches who are running an event may coach their event.
Entries/ Events: Sign up on Milesplit, enter max 4 boys, 4 girls per event from each school. Entries are due on MONDAY April 26 @ 9:00 PM. Only scratches will be accepted on the day of the meet.
Awards: AFHSUD will have medals for the top 3 finishers in the Varsity divisions. The traveling trophies will be presented at the end of the meet.
Concessions will be available for fans & athletes.

Pole Vaulters Verification Form
The below-named pole vaulters are using a legal vaulting pile and meet the weight requirement.

Pole Rating:
The vaulter's weight shall be at or below the manufacturer's pole rating. The manufacturer's pole rating shall be visible in" contrasting color as well as 1" circular band indicating the maximum top handhold. Pole rating markings are to be located above the hand-hold band. A pole not properly marked shall not be used in warmups or competition. The location of the hand indicating the top hand-hold position shall be determined by the manufacturer.
It is the responsibility of the coach to verify that the vaulter will be a role rated at our above the vaulter's weight and that a legal pole(s) has been provided for that competitor.
Competitors who use a pole rated below the vaulter'sweight, in warmup or competition shall be disqualified from the event. It shallcount as an unsuccessful trial when the vaulter grips the pole above the ophandhold band. Training poles shall not be used in warmup or competition.

All team members are expected to exhibit good sportingconduct.
***Rule 1.1.2- A track/cross country team consists of coaches, contestants, managers, trainers, and other associated school personnel.
Everyone involved in today's meet is expected to exhibit good sportsmanship. This includes team members, officials, workers, and spectators.
The head coach shall verify verbally or in writing that all of his/her competitors are properly equipped (uniform and equipment) in compliance with these rules.

At Coaches Meeting, please provide your AIA Covid Monitoring Form for your team.
Team Camps will be assigned in designated bleacher areas(Home and Away sides). Look for your school name/sign. All spectators will be in adesignated area of the HOME bleachers. Team camps for DE and AF will be in HomeBleacher assigned areas and CVHS, MHS will be assigned to Visitor Bleachers.
Coaches Hospitality: Meal Tickets (5 per school for coaches and workers) will be available to use at the concessions. Tickets will be in your "welcome packet". An announcement will be made for coaches/workers.
Go Fan Linkfor Spectator Ticket Purchase will be sent out the week of the meet for you to give to your parents/fans. Each school will be limited to 50 spectators max.
