Coaches!
We are pleased to announce our 3rd annual Bubba Nielsen Classic w/ Payson Rotary Frosh/Soph.
It's that time of year again! Please consider joining us as we start a new tradition, The Bubba Nielsen Invite w/ Payson Rotary Frosh/Soph on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. Our goal, this year is to create a unique meet, giving out a lot of medals where we have multiple divisions.
This is a State-Qualifying meet. Timing will be provided by Rick Samon and his crew from Mogollon High School.
We will have 2 divisions: Varsity and Frosh/Soph. There will be 3 medals awarded per event in each division boys and girls. Add this meet to your athletic.net calendar early as we are going to lock the meet when we have reached 12 teams.
Also:
1. Places to be determined on time. No running finals
2. spikes or less
3. No team scores
4. There will be no Frosh/Soph 4x800 but there will be Frosh/Soph 4x100 and 4x400 relays
5. Medals to top three places in each division
6. Entry Fee: $250 per school to Payson Track Club
7. Entry Deadline: The entry deadline is Tuesday, April 19th, 2022. Athletes may be scratched at the Coaches
Meeting, but no additions.
Any coaches willing to help will be appreciated, especially in the Field Events. Email me with your intent on what to work.
