Each school will be allowed four (4) entries per individual event and one (1) relay team in each relay event. Entries are to be done on milesplit ... also make sure on the calendar for this meet on Milesplit.

Please have your names spelled correctly on Milesplit Deadline is 4/12/23 at 8:00pm. This will be a State Qualifying Meet.

Schedule (tentative)





We will be working under a rolling schedule and timed finals.

7:30am Coaches Meeting

7:30am Weight ins (which will be just inside the entrance gate) and warm up for Javelin

9am will be senior recognition.

Running events will follow right after senior recognitions

Field events start at 8:00am Javelin @ 8:00am

Pole vault Girls followed by Boys (starting heights will be 6'5" for girls and 8'5" for boys)

High jump Boys followed by Girls (starting height will be 5'3" for boys and for 4'3" girls)

Long jump (two long jump pits will be open at the same time). N. Pit girls, S.Pit boys)

Triple jump to follow completion of LJ. North pit girls, south pit boys.

8am start--- Javelin (upper field boys and girls at 2 designated grass runways) same time.

Shot put (girls followed by boys) after Javelin has finished

Discus (boys followed by girls) after Javelin has finished

Top 8 make it to finals for an additional 3 throws or jumps

Track athletes must check in with the clerk of the course in the middle of the field. The bull pen will be around the 50 yard line of the football field, on the home side.

Warm up area is limited to the east part of the football field. Please advise coaches and parents to stay off the infield.

Shade tents and umbrellas limited to top rows of stands on north side as we reserve for spectators. Teams may set up camps on south stands and or behind south stands, also in tennis courts.

Entrance for spectators:

Admission is $6 for adults and $4 for students

Entrance will be on the west side and gates open up at 7:30am.

Entry fee for both Girls and Boys teams is $350.00($175.00 single team)

Awards:

Medals will be awarded top 3 finishers in each event for each girls and boys.

Trophies will be awarded to winning team and runner up in both girls and boys.

Concessions will be available. Please throw trash away in provided containers.

Coaches Hospitality room will be located in the building southeast of the track, where we will also have coaches meeting.
