Admission

• Adults-$5, Students- $4, AIA passes welcomed, Children under 13 are free

Entries

• All entries will be submitted online through AZ Mile Split.  Please ensure that you have entered all of your athletes correctly as we will not be allowing any changes the day of the meet.  You must have all of your entries submitted by 9pm on Wednesday March 1st.

• Each school will be allowed to enter three competitors in each event and one relay.

• There will be no changes the day of the meet.

Timing

• Timing by Wingfoot Finish

Track Events

• Lanes will be assigned for  the 100, 200, 400 and hurdle races.

• All Events will be finals with faster heats last.

• The check-in area will be at the start of each event.  Please know your lane assignments.

• The 1600m Relay will be run using a 3 turn stagger.

Field Events

• All field events will be finals with heats.

• Long Jump and Triple Jump  each athlete.   Time for run throughs will be allowed before each heat. Each athlete will get 3 jumps with the top 9 making finals.

• High Jump: Starting height for girls 3' 8" and boys 4'10".

• Pole Vault: Starting height for girls 6'0" and boys 9'0".

• Shot and Discus:  Athletes will be put into flights of 10.  Each athlete will get 3 throws and top 9 will make finals.

• Javelin will be boys first then girls and will get three throws.

• Entry Fee

• $400 for boys and girls teams if paid before March 1st, $450 for payments received after March 1st.  Make checks payable to Epic Tournaments.

Scoring and Awards

• The top eight places will be scored as 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

• Medals will be awarded to the top three athletes and relay teams

• Team trophies will be given to the top two Girls and Boys teams.
