All entries MUST be done online at milesplit. Online entries close Oct. 19 @ 11:59pm.

BUSES:
Bus parking will be available at the golf course or at Fuel Express Truck stop located at 3747 Express Dr. Exit 283
off I-40 (the same exit the golf course is on). If you plan to park at the golf course; buses will need to park on the far east side of the parking lot. (WE WILL HAVE PARKING ASSISTANTS TO HELP YOU PARK. If you plan to park the
bus at the truck stop; please have your bus drivers drop you off in the golf course parking lot where they can turn around and proceed to the truck stop. This will help alleviate the congestion that we had in the parking lot the last few years. Please let your bus drivers know this prior to the meet.
TRASH:
Please talk to your runners and have them pick up their trash. The Golf course needs to be left clean. Please help us keep it clean by not allowing athletes and spectators to throw trash on the ground. We will include a trash bag in your packet so please use it.
COURSE:
The start/finish line will be next to each
other and will be located on the #1 fairway. This will allow us to start and finish on grass. The rest of the course is on the cart path. The course is approx. 3.1 miles.
FINISH
LINE:
Please see attachments for timing and tag information. Please make sure all tags are turned in. Failure
to return all tags will result in a $10 fee for each tag not returned. We would also like to ask that you PLEASE, PLEASE help us keep everyone off all of the greens. The golf course employees and our volunteers had a very difficult time with this last year. If we want to continue to use the golf course we need everyone to help us.
