TUSD Track and Field Championship 2024

We are set for the first TUSD Track and Field Championship on Wednesday April 26th, hosted by THS.  Pole vault and javelin will start at 9am, other field events around 11am, and running at 12pm.  We estimate the meet will be over around 6pm.  Teams are limited to three entries per gender, per event, and one relay team per gender, per event.  The top three finishers in each event will receive medals, the top combined school score will receive a traveling trophy which will eventually have the school's name and year, and all results are official and will apply toward state qualifying.  With the sanctioning cost, awards, and paying officials and the timer, the cost is $300 per school.  All marks are official and will count toward state qualifying.  THS will host this for the first year or two then it can rotate, similar to the TUSD volleyball invitationals.  There will be an admission fee for fans, concession stand, and an AT available.  For more details email jason.karn@tusd1.org
