If you could do it
all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?
If I were to do it again I would change the way I practice meaning practicing harder and staying more focused.

My most difficult obstacle was self-confidence all though high school.

What advice would you give to younger athletes?
The advice that I would give to the younger athlete is that no matter how bad things are don't give up. If you're not running or jumping as fast or as far it's not the end of the world, I used to race walk now I turned into a 2x state champion. So always keep your head up.
What influence has your coach had with respect to your performance and overall life goals?
My coaches had a big impact on my life from Coach E, Coach Scott, Coach Mitchelle, and Coach Rennea I've known all of them since I was a little boy they pushed me hard every day in practice to do better. They all since so much potential in me and they still see more they are the main reason for my track success.
