MESA, AZ. -- The 2022 AIA State Track & Field Championships may be over, but we are still reliving all the glory that was the state meet by posting our favorite races from the four days of competition at Mesa Community College.

Desert Vista senior Katie Sigerud claimed her second individual title with her run of 5:01.14 in the Division 1600m Final. Siegrud won the 800m at last year's state meet; she also placed second in the 1600m and second in the 3200m in 2021.

Siegrud beat out Perry senior and BYU commit Taylor Lovell, this year's 3200m winner, who came in second at 5:04.52.
