Chandler senior Gibson Kibia (left) in the 1600m at last year's Nike Chandler Rotary Invitational at Chandler High School. Kibia, who is coming off an individual title in cross country this past fall, comes in the 2023 season as the top returning athlete in Division I for the 1600m with his time of 4:19.24.
