At the first installment of the Sundown Track Series, some fast times went down in Arizona
This weekend we will have two indoor meets and one outdoor meet on the calendar.
The Sundown Track Series produced some fast times and exciting races Saturday night in Queen Creek, Arizona.
The first of three Sundown Series meets took place last weekend in Queen Creek, Arizona.



Sahlman, a junior at Newbury Park (CA) High School running unattached, used a 60-second final lap to overcome Texas star Judson Greer to win the mens mile at the Sundown Track Series Meet #1, running 4:09.86 for the mile with a 4:08.61 split for 1600. Sophomore at Basalt HS, running unattached, used a 71.74 final lap to pull away to win the mile run in 4:54.24 at the Sundown Track Series Meet #1 on a very windy track Saturday at Queen Creek (AZ) High. Check out her race: https://az.milesplit.com/videos/458879/high-school-girls-mile-finals
