Payment details can be found in the attached PDFs. Checks and POs can be brought to the meet if you have not already sent them.
Team Invoice - more than 7 throwers = $150
Individual(s) (less than 8 throwers) = $20 per thrower
Schedule of Events
Times are estimates and may change. We will not start the boys session earlier than 1:00pm. The girls session may start later depending on the number of teams but this will be communicated early enough for schools to adjust.
FINAL SCHEDULE
- 8:00am - Weigh-ins
- Weigh-ins will take place throughout the day. Freshman girls must get their javelins inspected before 8:30am.
Prelims - Girls
- 9:00 am - Varsity & Open Warm-Ups
- 9:30 am - Varsity & Open Flights Begin
- Freshman Girls - No Prelims - Finals Only
Finals - Girls
- 11:30 am - Freshman
- 12:00 pm - Varsity
- 12:30 pm - Open
Prelims - Boys
- 1:00 pm - Varsity & Open - Warm-ups
- 1:30 pm - Varsity & Open - Flights Begin
- 2:00 pm - Freshman Warm-Ups
- 2:30 pm - Freshman Flight Begins
Finals - Boys
- 3:30 pm - Freshman
- 4:00 pm - Varsity
- 4:30 pm - Open
- 3 divisions - Freshman, Varsity and Open
- Each school will be able to enter 2 Freshman, 2 Varsity and 2 Open athletes for a total of 6 per gender - 12 max per team - we may increase these numbers depending on number of teams participating.
- The Open division is for your top javelin thrower(s). You must enter at least one athlete in the Open division.
- $20 per athlete or $150 per team
- 3 javelin runways - two on the football field and one in the Javelin arena
- State qualifying event
- Athletes will get 3 throws - top 9 will go to finals for 3 more throws
- Top 5 athletes in each division will receive medals
- Concessions will be open
- Spectator admission = $10
- Girls will throw in the morning session, boys in the afternoon
