Elisha Brooks - Brophy College Preparatory, '19
Last year, Brooks set the Arizona Boys' sophomore record for the Intermediate Hurdles. This year, he was ruled ineligible to compete during the regular season but appears to have stayed in shape racing at Willie Williams and at Great Southwest. Most recently he won the 300m Hurdles at the Golden West Invitational in 38.46. He's entered in the Boys Emerging Elite 400m Hurdles set for this Sunday.
