According to Coach Borboa, the boys begin their warmup routine in front of school, and then run 2 miles along the canal and inside the park to complete the warmup.

Begi practice at 6:00 am, and run inside of the park When the kids are finished with their work they go straight back to campus cooling down in the half-mile along Central Ave.
