Virtual cross country season preview for the Division 4 girls in the state of Arizona taking the season best 5K times from a year ago of all returnees to virtually score both teams and individuals. Maya Smith and the Northland Prepatory Academy look to be a class ahead of the rest of Division 4 as the defending state champ Smith has a 51 second gap on the rest of the returnees in her division with her 18:08 5K PR.
Meanwhile, the Northland Prep as a squad lost not a single runner from their state runner-up varsity squad in 2015 as they hope that wealth of experience will help them leapfrog over last year's champs from Scottsdale Prep for first palce. (Photo by John Hays)
