Now that some schools have been rearranged, many of the preseason predictions are obsolete. Here is an early look at our updated rankings for Division 2 boys. Rylan Stubbs's (Campo Verde, Jr.) performances at Woodbridge, Twilight, and State leave us anxious to see what his Senior season will look like. To say he's a favorite to win the Division 2 Title would be a huge understatement. The Master Conference alignments have intruduced a few athletes who could make things interesting for the division 2 boys field. Thomas Leitner (Rincon University, Jr.) is now ranked next on the leaderboard for D2 returners with a 15:40 performance at the Doug Conley Invitational, ahead of Fidel De Los Rios (Carl Hayden, Jr.) who finished 9th at the State Meet. Let's not forget about superfrosh Ayden Schilb from Cienega HS who finished 3rd in the D2 Boys race at the State Meet and was the top freshman in the State with 15:57.
