1000m hill repeats at Palo Verde Greenbelt separating their groups based on summer mileage, with 200 miles total over the summer being the minimum, all the way up to the max summer mileage which was 300 miles total.

Girls take 2.5 min rest and boys jogged 400m before starting again.
