Regional Performance
The last time Archer ran at the Francisco Grande Golf Course where the NXR-Southwest Regional Champs are held, she placed 2nd in the Sweepstakes race at Desert Twilight, only to Colorado's Quinn McConnell. Archer led the race through the first mile and she managed to hold off Helena Miyazawa of Utah for third place.
Season Recap
Archer ran only four races during the regular season, but she executed her performances in dominant fashion. In addition to running the top-performance among Arizona girls, Archer collected victories at the Peaks Invitational and her Sectional race at Rose Mofford Park, before securing her third consecutive AIA cross-country title in the Division 1 Girls race.
NXN Outlook
Archer's very competitive and has some good leg speed as a miler-to-long-distance specialist. If she takes it out just hard enough to secure a spot at the front of the pack, she could hold on to finish among the top 20-15 girls in the country.
