If you scroll down just a bit, you will see exactly what would happen if that were the case. But, it's not as simple as all that when it comes to state. For one thing, some people will rise to the occasion at state, while others will not. We can't predict, at least not very well, in advance where that will happen. Some athletes are battling with injuries and won't be 100% at state. And then, there are relays to consider. You can't necessarily load up the relays at state the way you did during the season.
