Liberty senior McKinley Blanton in the Division I girls race at the AIA State Cross Country Championships at Cave Creek Golf Course in Phoenix. Blanton ran 20:05.60 to place 13th at the state meet while helping Liberty finish in 3rd in the team standings. She comes into the 2022 cross country season as the top returning athlete in the Division I Southwest section with her 18:39.00 5,000 meter personal best.
