Desert Vista junior Hayden Gorovitz, then a freshman, in the Division I javelin final at The 2021 AIA State Track and Field Championships at Seton Catholic High School. Gorovitz, the defending state champion enters the 2023 season as the top returning athlete in Division I -- and all of Arizona -- for the javelin with his mark of 196-3.5. That mark is No.10 in state history.
