INTERVIEW: Millennium junior Landen LeBlond
Three races, three personal bests. The 2023 outdoor track and field season has started out well for Millennium junior Landen LeBlond. Recently, we spoke with LeBlond over Zoom for a video interview to discuss her incredible start to the season.
LeBlond has come out to begin the spring in excellent form, evident with her season-opening time of 2:13.68 in the 800m, 4:50.79 in the 1600m and 10:38.89 in the 3200m. All of those times are personal bests and are leading the entire state after three weeks of competition.
At the moment, LeBlond is top 10 in the US for both the 1600m and 3200m and is ranked No. 16 for the 800m.
