Highland senior Josh Howard leads the pack in the second section of the open 3200m at the Arcadia Invitational at Arcadia High School on April 7. Howard is the top athlete in Division I for the 3200m with his time of 9:11.56 after nine weeks of the outdoor track and field season. He is also ranked fourth in the 1600m at 4:20.13.
