Changes that to this year include:
Methodology of Entry Fees
Qualifying standards for entry into the meet.
Date of Entries and Ending date for changes.
Entry Deadline Date is Wednesday, March 14, 2018 by 9:00 PM. Any changes to your entries can be made up till Saturday, March 17 till 11:59PM. Any change must be done by email as athletic.net will be locked. Any athlete entered at this time will be assessed an entry fee, even if they are scratched after this date--enter only those you know should be in attendance.
Entry fees for Arizona schools are now based upon the number of athletes and relays entered. No longer a flat fee for everyone. Also entry fees now have to be paid prior to packet pick up. A school purchase order will suffice for packet pick up. The process once again is explained on our website.
