Since the 6th grade
What is a typical training week like for you?
I throw for about an hour then I power lift for two hours.
What are your goals for the upcoming track season?
To get as many medals as I can before I graduate.
How do you prepare yourself mentally for a race? Do you have any superstitions?
I never touch my disk or shot an hour before I throw.
What does your season look like and will you be competing in any out of state track meets during the season or post high school season?
My season looks like it will be competitive.
What message would you tell younger runners who aspire to be at the top?
To always keep your cool and throwers take advice from any veterans who want to help
If you had to attribute your success to one thing, what would it be?
Do you have role models or mentors in track and field?
My coach is really my mentor.

Only shot and disc, and my favorite.

“If it don’t mind, it don’t matter.”
