Sunrise Mountain's Madelyn Palmer (right) in the junior girls race at The Chandler Invitational 2022 at Tumbleweed Park in Chandler. Palmer covered the 5,000-meter course in 19:15.40 to finish in first place, which was also the fastest time out of any junior athlete from the first week of the cross country season.
