Blue Ridge senior Steven Halls (right) in the seeded 800m at the Nike Chandler Rotary Invitational at Chandler High School last month. Halls ran a personal best of 1:58.67, which is ranked second in Division IV after seven weeks of the outdoor track and field season. He is also ranked second in the 1600m at 4:27.84.
