Red Mountain junior Tyler Mathews before the invitational section of the 800m at the Arcadia Invitational in southern California this past weekend. Following seven weeks of the outdoor track and field season, Mathews leads Division I -- and the entire state -- in the 800m at 1:49.32. That time is also a state record.
