Normally, March is early to run really fast distance time but the Chandler Rotary Invitational has proven year in and year out to be the exception to this rule.

The Chandler Rotary is accustomed to some very high profile athletes coming and turning in some very big performances.This year's girls mile was the race the entire nation was talking about.
The Chandler Rotary has been around for longer than most of us reading this have been alive. During that span of time it has made a name for itself nationally as the meet to be at in March.
The Chandler Rotary is one of those rare track meets where the stand are filled and spectators more or less have standing room only. The energy at Austin Field is always electric and it helps the athletes produce some of their best performances.
Dani Jones was selected as Arizona Milesplit athlete of the week for her decisive wins in the 1600m and 800m races against nationally ranked competition at the Chandler Rotary Invitational
Paul Lucas was selected as athlete of the week for his victorious performances in the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m at the Chandler Rotary.
Although some may hang their heads as indoors is behind us, pick your chin up, it's time for outdoors!
