GLENDALE -- Millennium junior Landen LeBlond continued to show that she is among the state's best with her third consecutive victory of the season at The Glendale Showcase at Heroes Regional Park, running the 5,000-meter course in a time of 18:20.98.
LeBlond is on a winning streak, fresh off finishing in first place in the Girls Championship at The Desert Twilight XC Festival last weekend. Overall, LeBlond has won three races and finished second in the other this season. She is ranked third in the state for the 5k. Even despite the success, LeBlond is just as surprised as everybody.
How is she doing it?
