- Alexis Pagel, senior, Perry: Ran a season-best time of 18:41 at the City of Chandler Championships to move into the No. 10 spot on the overall state list
- Temyra Bia, senior, Chinle: Won the 3A North Region Championships in 20:11, her sixth victory of the season
- Lucy Turley, senior, Greenway: Picked up first individual win this season at a tri-meet with Cactus Shadows and Verrado, running 20:14
- Teagan Fears, senior, ALA Ironwood: Came in first at the Horizon Honors Invitational with her 20:18, second win of the fall

- Andrew Gibby, senior, Hamilton: Nearly cracked the 15-minute barrier with his 15:04 at the City of Chandler Championships, reclaimed state lead
- Gibson Kibia, senior, Chandler: Ran a personal best of 15:12 at the City of Chandler Championships to come in second
- Zachary Albanese, junior, Seton Catholic: Shaved off 30 seconds from his lifetime best with a 15:27 at the City of Chandler Championships to finish in third
- Emmanuel Simiyu, junior, Greenway: Won the first cross-country race of his high school career, running 16:37 at a tri-meet with Cactus Shadows and Verrado
- Micah Slivers, senior, Ganado: Continued streak with his third consecutive win at the 3A North Region Championships by running 16:50
- Aidan McBride, junior, ALA Ironwood: Finished in first at the Horizon Honors Invitational -- his first ever win in cross-country -- with his 17:10
