Mountain Pointe senior Jayden Davis in the elite 400m at the Nike Chandler Rotary Invitational last month at Chandler High School. After seven weeks of the outdoor track and field season, Davis is the top athlete in Division II -- and the whole state -- in the 400m at 46.45. That time is also a state record.
