With The Desert Twilight XC Festival tomorrow, we decided to take a look back at the top 200 times from athletes on the girls side over the years.

With The Desert Twilight XC Festival coming up, we decided to take a look back at the top 200 times from Arizona athletes on the girls side over the years.

Read how triumph came from trial for the Lady Hawks.

The best entertainment of the night/comedic relief was the watermelon relay. The watermelon relay is a 4x100m relay comprised only of throwers; and instead of a baton, they have to pass a watermelon.

If you come for just one event on Saturday, come watch the girls mile....it will be loaded, read about the contendors here.

Allyson Girard, who has been a top runner for the Hawks, is taking her talents back up north next fall.

College Signings 2015

Kelly Schock, Lauren Ellsworth and Ali Kallner lead the seniors in the 5K distance, they also are the 3 top runners in the state in the 5K

Senior Allyson Girard from Highland High is our next Watch List athlete.

The 2013 Cross Country Arizona Watch List series continues.   As the season gets underway new athletes will be added to the list.   This is the last Watch List I have.  If you have sent me your watch list and it has not yet posted, I probably did not get it.  Please resend.  I am also waiting for about 10 athletes to get their Q and A's in.  Please send before the season if over!!!

One of the best races to date this season happened yesterday at the Doug Conley Invitational at the Rolling Hills Golf Course.
