10. Evelynn Carr (American Leadership (Queen Creek), Fr.)
As a freshman, Carr has won three of her six races this season and finished runner-up in tow others. Most recently, she won the D3S2 Girls race at Crossroads Park and led the ALA Patriots to a Section Title. We're certainly interested to see how she will fare in the D3 Girls race with so many veteran seniors.
